When you submit information on JonCorzine09.com, we use this information you provide to send you news and information about the progress of the Corzine for Governor election campaign, as well as contact you for other purposes or to solicit you for contributions. We may share your contact information with successor organizations and other like-minded Democratic candidates and organizations, and they may contact or solicit you.

We will not sell or exchange your credit card information to any other third party under any circumstances.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

2) Information required to make a contribution:
New Jersey state campaign finance law requires Corzine ’09, Inc. to collect and report to the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (“ELEC”), the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of a contributor whose contribution(s) to Corzine ’09, Inc. exceed $300.00 per election (primary and general have separate limits). Notwithstanding our legal obligation to report detailed contributor information only for contributions in excess of $300.00 per election, it is Corzine ’09, Inc.’s policy to fully disclose all contributions in excess of $1.00 per election to ELEC. As such, we collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of a contributor for every contribution in excess of $1.00 per election. These records are available to the public. We also make a note of your telephone number and email address, which helps us to contact you quickly if follow-up on your contribution is necessary under New Jersey state election law. JonCorzine09.com has extensive security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the information under our control. Our server is located in a locked, secure environment.
